Directions:

Conditioning:
Shampoo and towel dry hair. Work 1/4 to 1/2 oz of Natural Protein Conditioner thoroughly into hair. Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water, style as usual.

Color work and permanent waving:
Add 1/4 oz of Natural Protein Conditioner to tint, toner, bleach or permanent wave lotion for added conditioning.

For pre-perm conditioning:
Apply 1/4 to 1/2 oz of Natural Protein Conditioner to hair for 5 to 10 minutes before perming. Do not rinse out, wrap hair and proceed with curling lotion as usual.

For better curl retention after perming:
An acidifying rinse is recommended. After neutralizing, rinse, and towel drying the hair, comb a mixture of equal parts Natural Protein Conditioner and Apple Cider Vinegar through the hair for 2 to 3 minutes. Rinse and proceed with styling.

At first, I thought it was messy and didn't really after the first try until a friend of mind said you have to mix it with another cream conditoner and you only need a little bit. Now that I have the hang of it my hair is doing great. I don't have any shedding and my hair is a lot longer and stronger after using it for 6 months. When you first use it you might be turned off because it comes out like water, but keep in mind that you want to mix it with a cream conditioner and you don't need much. One bottle would last you over a year. great stuff! If I could find this product again, I am going to order 4 bottles.

Jheri Redding rocks September 12, 2009 by Gpink from nowhere I love this product I just got my treatment today because i have permed hair this is my first treatment and they used this product on my hair and it looks so rich and fluff it is all natural protein and split ends say bye bye i would highly recommened this prodyct to anybody because the results really do show. but only use if you are perm it works better with perm it may work with natural because i used it when i was natural many times and my hair also grew but it really grows hair when perm!!! I love this product
